The new Dropped mail tab shows support email that did not become a ticket. Anything held by mistake can be turned into a ticket with one click.

Administrators can turn on Child items inherit their parent's sprint and team. New subtasks can also take their parent's assignee automatically. Export an item's children from its Child Items tab, and add a description while creating an item.
