The Knowledge Base is a place to house information that doesn't belong on an assignable item — documentation, FAQs, process details. That knowledge outlives any one story, and until now it lived in someone's notes app.
Write an article once, file it in a category, and decide who reads it.

A new report under Analyze → Analytics → Time that answers a question the others don't: where did the effort actually go?
Instead of slicing logged time by person, it rolls it up through your own hierarchy — your epics, your stories, whatever structure you use — and spreads it across calendar months. Read down the column for how effort divided across your work; read across a row for how one branch moved over time. Subtotals and percentage allocations are computed for you.
