Conversations

Your earlier chats with the AI Assistant are kept, named after their first question, and private to you.

The Conversations list on the left of the assistant keeps your earlier chats. Each is named after its first question.

Click New chat to start a fresh conversation.
Click a conversation to reopen it. The assistant picks up where you left off and keeps the earlier questions in mind.
Use the pencil to rename a conversation, or the bin to delete it.

Your conversations are private to you. An admin can switch the assistant off for the organization, but cannot read your chats.

A change the assistant proposed in an earlier conversation and you never answered has expired: proposals wait 24 hours, then lapse. Ask again if you still want it.

Working With Your Workspace

Let the AI Assistant look up your items, boards, tickets and articles, and make changes you approve card by card, or in auto mode for routine edits.

Settings, Permissions & Your Data

Switch the AI Assistant on for your organization, choose what it may use and which models members may pick, decide who may use and manage it, and know where conversations are processed.
