DevStride keeps help close at hand. The Help section at the bottom of the left sidebar gives you quick access to documentation and a way to reach the DevStride team without leaving your work.
Look at the bottom of the left navigation sidebar. The Help section contains three links:
The Help section appears for everyone on your team, so any user can reach documentation and support regardless of their role.
Click Learn to open the DevStride documentation site at docs.devstride.com. This is the same library of guides and articles you are reading now. The link opens in a new browser tab, so you can keep your workspace open while you read.
You can also reach Learn from the command palette. Press Cmd + K (or Ctrl + K on Windows) to open the keyboard search, then look for the Learn command — described as "Documentation and guides to help you with DevStride." Selecting it opens the documentation site in a new tab.
Cmd/Ctrl + K) is the quickest way to jump to documentation from anywhere in DevStride. The Learn command lives there alongside your other quick actions.Click Support to open the DevStride request form in a new browser tab. Use this form whenever you need to reach the DevStride team — to report a problem, ask a question, or request help.
The Support form is a public request form, so you do not need to sign in again to submit it. Fill in the details of your request and submit it. Your request is sent directly to the DevStride team.
The Help section also includes Connect AI (MCP), the entry point for connecting AI assistants to your DevStride workspace. Setup and details are covered separately in Connect AI & the MCP Server.
