Getting Started With Plugins

Extend DevStride with purpose-built plugins for time tracking, reporting, and more.

DevStride plugins are purpose-built extensions that bring additional workflows directly into the platform. They are designed for teams that need more than core project management — without the overhead of managing separate tools.

What are Plugins

Plugins are optional, extensions. They run natively inside DevStride — they have direct access to your workstreams, tasks, teams, and users, and load within the same interface you already use.

There is no separate account, no separate login, and no context switching. Everything a plugin needs — your organization, your assigned work, your team structure — is already there.

Why Plugins Exist

The core DevStride platform is built around planning, tracking, and delivering work. Not every team needs every capability, and not every workflow belongs in the core product.

Plugins address the workflows that sit alongside the work itself — things like time tracking, resource reporting, or team productivity tooling. Teams can enable what is relevant to them and leave out what is not, keeping the platform focused and uncluttered.

How to Enable a Plugin

Plugins are enabled on a per-organization basis by the DevStride team. To get a plugin activated for your organization, reach out to DevStride support with your request.

Once enabled, the plugin appears under Plugins in the left navigation for all members of your organization.

Weekly Logs
Track time directly inside DevStride. Log hours against your tasks in a weekly grid, manage your team's entries, and export timesheets for billing and reporting — all without leaving the platform.
