How to Create an Item

Create items directly from the Workstreams, Cycles, Boards, or Items modules.

To add an item, click the New Item and "Add Work Item" button located in the top right side of the screen.

Our New Item button is conveniently positioned across these modules, and once clicked, it opens up a workspace for you to enter information.

Where to Create an Item

There are several options for a user to create an item:

Create an item from Workstreams - click the Add Work Item button in the top right corner of your screen.

Create an item from Cycles - click the New Item button in the top right corner of your screen.

Create an item from Boards - click the New Item button in the top right corner of your screen.

Create an item from Items - click the Add work Item button in the top right corner of your screen.

Using Keyboard Shortcut

Alternatively, you can quickly create an item by simply typing the letter "i" on your keyboard. This keyboard shortcut is a convenient way for users to initiate the item creation process without needing to navigate through the interface.
