Creating Items

  • To add a new item to a workstream:
    1. Click the green "+" button within the workstream.
    2. Fill in the details in the 'Create an Item' popup:
      • Title: Enter the name of the new task or item.
      • Location: Select the appropriate workstream for the item.
      • Item Type: Choose the type of item you are creating (e.g., General, Story).
    3. Click 'Save New Item' to add the item to the workstream.

Managing Your Items

  • Edit Items: Click on an item to open and edit its details.
  • Track Status: The status of each item (e.g., in progress, completed) can be tracked within the workstream.
  • Assignees: You can see who is assigned to each item and, if permitted, assign items to yourself or others.
