Visibility Control: Show Archived Folders Feature

Overview

The "Show Archived Folders" feature allows users to manage the visibility of their archived folders within the application. When this feature is enabled, archived folders will appear in the folder list. This is particularly useful for referencing or retrieving information from folders that are not actively being used but still contain valuable data.

Enabling Archived Folders Visibility

Show Archived Folders

1. You will find a toggle switch labeled Show Archived Folders.
2. Click on the toggle to turn on the feature. It will change color indicating that the feature is now active.

Viewing Archived Folders

1. Navigate to the Boards view by selecting Boards from the left-hand sidebar.
2. Once Show Archived Folders is enabled, you will see all archived folders listed in a muted or distinct color to differentiate them from active folders. These folders will have an (Archived) label next to their names.

Accessing Archived Folders

• Click on any archived folder to view its contents.
• Archived folders are read-only and cannot be modified in this view.

Disabling Archived Folders Visibility

To hide the archived folders from the folder list, simply:

1. Click on the Show Archived Folders toggle again to turn the feature off.

Important Notes

• Archived folders are for reference or retrieval only. Direct deletion or editing is not possible from the archived view.
