Additional Filters for Specific Reports

Trending Progress and Churn Report

For the Trending Progress and Churn reports, an additional filter available is:

  • Status: This filter allows you to narrow down the data based on the status of items. You can select statuses such as New, In Progress, Review, Pending Release, etc., to provide a focused view of item churn or progress within the selected statuses.

Applying Filters to Reports

To apply filters to any report:

  1. Navigate to the Analytics section in DevStride.
  2. Choose a report type from the analytics menu on the left.
  3. Click the Filters button on the top-right of the report.
  4. Select the desired filters and set the criteria.
  5. The report will update to reflect the data based on the selected filters.

Clearing Filters

To clear filters from a report:

  1. For individual filter removal, click the X next to the filter tag at the top of the report.
  2. To clear all filters, click the Filters button and choose Clear All from the dropdown menu.

The report will then revert to showing data without any filter applied.

Utilizing filters in the Reports section allows teams to gain targeted insights and make data-driven decisions. By applying and adjusting filters, teams can focus on specific metrics that align with their strategic objectives.
